A: After you sign up, we schedule your first cleanup. On the day of service, you’ll get a text when we’re on our way with an ETA. Our technician will scan your Poopsee QR code when they arrive and again when the job is done. We scoop, bag, and place the waste in your garbage can, then sanitize our tools before leaving.
Q: Do I need to be home during the visit?
A: Nope! As long as we have access to your yard and your QR code is in the window, we’re good to go. You’ll get a notification when we arrive and when we finish.
Q: Where does the poop go?
A: All waste is double-bagged and placed in your outside garbage can—secure, sealed, and sanitary.
Q: How much does it cost?
A:
- First-time cleanup: $35 per 5-gallon bin of waste
- Regular visits: $12/visit
- Each additional dog: $3/visit
- Optional add-ons like water or food bowl fill-ups are available
Q: What if it’s been a long time since my yard was cleaned?
A: No problem! We charge an initial fee of $35 per every 5-gallon bin of waste removed. If there’s more than one bin's worth, we’ll let you know before we start.
Q: What if my dog is in the yard?
A: For everyone’s safety, we ask that dogs be secured or brought inside during our visit. Some friendly dogs are okay, but our techs have the final say.
Q: Do you offer one-time cleanups?
A: Yes! Whether you're throwing a party or just need a reset, we’re happy to do a one-time cleanup. Pricing is the same as the first-time fee.
Q: Do you scoop in the winter or bad weather?
A: Yes, we scoop year-round—rain, shine, or snow. The only exceptions are severe weather or unsafe yard conditions. You’ll be notified if we need to reschedule.
Q: Can I pause or cancel service anytime?
A: Absolutely. There are no contracts. You can pause, skip, or cancel visits through your account or by contacting us directly.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Pay by the visit, monthly, or yearly—whatever works for you. We accept all major credit cards and offer secure online payments.
Q: What are Poopsee Passes?
A: Regular customers receive one Poopsee Pass every 6 months to gift a free visit to a friend, neighbor, or family member. It’s our way of saying thanks!
Q: Do you clean your tools?
A: Always. Our tools are sanitized between every visit to protect your pets and our staff.
Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We currently serve Utah County, Utah and Reedsport, Oregon but we are constantly expanding so let us know where you are located.
Q: What if I forget to unlock my gate?
A: We’ll send you a reminder the morning of your visit. If we can’t access your yard, we’ll try to contact you and may reschedule if needed.

A: Yes! Poopsee gift cards make great gifts for dog owners who deserve a break from the dirty work.
